What Crashy Trains is

Crashy Trains is a free browser-based toy train sandbox. It is provided for play, learning, and creative experimentation.

Your designs

Tracks, train names, faces, settings, and saved designs live in your browser's localStorage. If you share a design code or link, anyone with that code or link can load the design it contains. Share only designs you are comfortable letting someone else open.

Kind and lawful use

Do not use Crashy Trains to harass people, impersonate someone, break the law, attack the site, or try to interfere with other people's devices or browsers.

Children and families

Crashy Trains is designed to be friendly for kids and families. Children should use the web with a parent, guardian, teacher, or trusted adult as appropriate.

Support links and payments

Support is optional. Support checkout is processed by Stripe. Payments, refunds, payment data, and checkout security are handled by Stripe.

Ownership

Crashy Trains, its code, name, artwork, brand, and original assets are owned by Brunner Concepts unless otherwise stated. You may play the game and share design codes, but you may not copy, redistribute, resell, or repackage the app without written permission.

No warranty

Crashy Trains is provided "as is." It may change, break, or be unavailable. Use it at your own discretion.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Brunner Concepts is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of Crashy Trains.
